If you haven't received freight shipments before, the process might feel complex. Don't worry! We make receiving freight shipments easy. This guide will walk you through the process. If you're unsure about the choices, you can still place the order without any extras: we'll contact you if extra delivery services are required.

1. Choose the right delivery type

Our standard free shipping is free to anywhere with a loading dock. If you have a dock at the back of your bar, great! If not, there are other ways we can deliver. One free solution is to have the order delivered to a shipping terminal near you, where you can pick up the items.

If that doesn't work for you, we can deliver to most other places for a small extra fee: the lift gate service (also known curb-side delivery, meaning ground-level delivery outside your home) is a good choice in many situations. Please note that this service doesn't include inside delivery: you may need to arrange for help moving the items.

In a hurry? Expedited shipping is available!

If you need your items fast, we can almost always arrange for expedited shipping. This depends on the shipping companies and each situation, so while we can't guarantee any specific delivery time, things can usually be arranged. If you need fast shipping, please always call so we can make the arrangements.

2. Confirm the delivery date with the shipping company

When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We will process the order and notify you by email when we have confirmation from the warehouse when the order will ship.

When the shipment is on its way, the shipping company will call you to set up the delivery time.

3. Check the shipment thoroughly when it arrives

There are 2 things you need to check:

  1. That you have a right number of boxes, and
  2. That there is no shipping damage.

If there are multiple boxes, check the packing slip and make sure you have everything before signing the delivery receipt.

Check that there is no visible damage to the packing materials. The driver is required to wait while you do this. In case there is damage, you should document it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment (it will be sent back with no extra cost to you). It is also recommended to take pictures of the damage if you can. Please contact us by phone 888 310 0177 as soon as you can, preferably while the driver is still there.
Once you have made sure there is no visible damage to the packing materials, open the packaging and inspect all items for any other physical damage All our deliveries are insured, and you won't pay extra f you refuse a damaged shipment or report hidden damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
